Totally recommend for a lightning trip

Clean king room, comfortable king room, with a variety of breakfast options and 24-hour reception for convenience .

Everything was spot-on.

Favourable and unbeatable location and excellent staff!

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a coffee machine, an iron with ironing board and a work desk in the room. Easy check-in and excellent service. Late check out. Location next to Within The Downtown Area, and nice restaurants. A wide range of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The variety in breakfast options was good and refreshing.

Unfortunately, the 24/7 desk service was sometimes unhelpful. When I needed assistance finding nearby entertainment options, the staff seemed more preoccupied. It was disappointing not to have good parking facilities for larger vehicles. I struggled to find a secure spot .

I liked that the room was clean, comfortable, and ready for my arrival. I had reserved it online and I encountered no issues during my stay. The staff was friendly and they had breakfast ready bright and early!

The only thing I didn't like is that there was not much of a variety of hot food. I don't eat pork and most of the hot food items contained pork and sadly I couldn't eat it. Otherwise the other food was good and had a larger variety to choose from.

Room was more than adequate for our needs. We appreciated the comfortable king bed and ample amenities. The outdated shower fittings could use an update, as they detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. I'd recommend it.

The bed was comfortable

Security latch on door was hanging on by a thread. Didn't feel too secure with that. The A/C unit kept rattling on and off through the night.

The location was perfect for my occasion...the staff was friendly and breakfast was very good..

We hit up the Ross Barnett Reservoir for some fishing and jet skiing. The breakfast spread was awesome, and the staff was really helpful with local tips. Perfect spot for a group getaway.

One of my friends got stuck for ten minutes, pretty scary.

Our bathroom was not very clean... Hair in tub & corners of floor :( too ired too move to another room.

Very clean room, working A/C, comfortable beds, and a great breakfast setup. Those are the big 4 for us.

Bathroom was a little small and dated, but it wasn't a problem for us.

Just an optimal selection for a quick stopover in Jackson with good value for money. The shower in my room had fantastic pressure, a nice surprise after a long drive. Make sure to check the breakfast hours since they close a bit earlier than expected.

I left some items & housekeeping found them & will mail them to me.

Housekeeping didn't clean my room.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was great!! The customer service that the staff displayed was excellent! They were very warm, gracious, and hospitable! I would definitely stay there again!!!
